A Farmouse Brewery Rooted in Tradition, Minutes from Walla Walla
Our brewery lives on a ten-acre farm at the edge of the Walla Walla wine region, a place where mornings begin with wind through the fields and the soft hum of the brewhouse warming to life.
We brew farmhouse ales the way we learned from small breweries in Belgium: slow, intentional, built on balance and character.
Our water comes from deep beneath our land, naturally filtered and perfect for traditional Belgian fermentation.

Every new release begins with an idea shaped by the season, the ingrediants, and the mood of the farm. Our latest beers carries the spirit of Belgium brewing and the calm of the countryside.
Tomte, our Belgian Chrismas Ale, has slipped into the farmhouse.
In the glass it glows deep copper and ember-red, with a soft, creamy off-white head that lingers.
Lean in. You'll catch orange zest, dark bread, a touch of carmel, and a gental halo of Christmas spice. Clove, Cinnamon, a whisper of nutmeg.
The first sip is warm and welcoming. Malt sweetness wrapped around dried fruit notes, brightened by cutrus, balanced by a quiet, Belgian yeast spice. The body is smooth and conformaing, with a gentle lingering warmth that settles in the chest.
Tomte is our devilish little mischief gnome, sneaking joy into long winter nights on the farm. A candle, a full goblet,laughter curling through the cold air.
